We are the same we just have achieved different things you would be living in a mud hut if you were born in to a mud hut village no matter your skin color also you didn’t build the skyscrapers and you most likely cant build a mud hut the only large difference between humans is the way they look a thousand years from now when they dig up your body it will be put next to a black mans skeleton and there won’t be a difference apart from you being shorter

Regarding crime and punishment.. Nowadays, in murder cases, it's relatively easy to prove guilt beyond a doubt courtesy of DNA testing. In the UK, it's even easier because big brother is always watching everyone every second of every day via the CCTV cams covering every nook and cranny of the country. Once someone is proven guilty of murder (unjustified killing) beyond any reasonable doubt, they've given up their right to life and justice demands a life for a life.
